Trash on the streets
People still pile their trash on the streets; NKI-590 drove in front of me as I was crossing the street (She's preparing to make an illegal left turn).

Motorcycle riders & drivers in Kaohsiung violate all kinds of regulations. Many people leave junk or park their cars in the 騎樓 (arcades), even though those are supposedly for pedestrian use.
